City of Clinton Procurement

The intent of the City of Clinton's purchasing guidelines is to provide quality service and effective expenditures of taxpayer revenues through teamwork and communications with each of the City's departments and vendors in order to fulfill the purchasing needs of the City of Clinton in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the City's purchasing guidelines.

Joey Meadors, Director of the Department of Public Works and Utilities is the Procurement Official designated by the City Manager for the City of Clinton.

The city also has a warehouse located at 1219 Gary Street inside the Department of Public Works and Utilities which allows for storage of commonly used items needed for the maintenance and operation of the utility system as well as the city in general.
