Building Inspections

Prior to establishing new utility services, an inspection of the building and/or residence must be scheduled and a certificate of occupancy issued by the Inspections and Planning Department.  To save you time it is recommended you call to schedule an inspection with this office once a signed lease is provided.  Fees are as follows:

Residential Inspections: $25

Commercial Inspections: $100
