Right of Way and Fleet Maintenance

The mission of the Right of Way Maintenance (ROW) Division is to provide customers with reliable and safe services in a cost-effective manner and to keep the City’s Right of Ways where city infrastructure is located cleared so that the other crews within Public Works and Utilities can maintain the infrastructure in a more effective and efficient manner.

Personnel in this division work to maintain the City of Clinton's Arbor Day Foundation Tree City USA status by working to ensure the tree care standards are adhered to.
