We are constantly striving to offer programs and opportunities allowing the staff to share fire prevention strategies, health and safety awareness. Citizens Fire Academy (Coming Soon)
Have you ever wondered what the job of a firefighter is like? Have you ever wanted to help in an emergency? If your answer is yes, you might want to consider enrolling in the Citizen Fire Academy and becoming a member of the CFD Fire Corps.
The Citizens Fire Academy is an immersive, 8-week program, meant to educate participants in the work of the Clinton Fire Department and what it’s like to be a firefighter. CFA participants receive training in several fire service activities and earn American Heart Association CPR/AED certification. Graduates of CFA may be eligible to join the Clinton Fire Department Fire Corp.

Fire station visits are available Monday thru Saturday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Appointments are necessary.
